I don't "officially" WI until tomorrow morning, but I peeked & am up a pound. I am hoping that this is a fluke & water will wash it out. (Sodium has evil effects on my body). I know what happened if I am up - too many sweets this weekend. I have not been as dilligent as I could have been.

Just a mini vent to myself....

thanks Susan. Holy cow with the meat thing. Eek! I have chicken planned tonight. Might have eggs instead or something. We'll see. And I think that Candy was the issue. No more in my house! LOL. I have discovered that I can only buy one or two pieces at a time. This has been an issue in the past for me, too.

Thanks again. What about spending another week on Phase 1 to counteract my mess-ups?

Hi Stef,

I know I'm not supposed to, but I weigh myself every day. The first 4 days I dropped a pound each day, then I held the same for 2, then dropped 2 the next day, dropped another pound the next day, and today I'm up 1/2 pound. So don't worry, it will eventually come off!

I've been trying not to weigh myself this time around on P1. I weighed myself last week and lost 4 lbs! YEA! finally... I'm sooo afraid to weigh myself this week though because I've been bad and had some chocolate cake when we went out to dinner two nights ago.... We'll see though. I decided that I'm not going to stay on P1 this time though. for any longer than the two weeks... I'm burnt out on this phase. I love the diet and don't want to leave the beach so I will go to P2 this weekend and lose slowly as Doc A says ;o)

Good Luck hun.... don't worry too much about the sweets though.... drink that water and maybe exercise a little more these next few days?
