Hi there, I am new to SBD. I have tried Atkins and The Fat Flush Diet with some success but wasn't able to make the lifestyles changes for long term weight loss and have always gained back the weight... So far I have lost 4 lbs on SBD and I am feeling really good... I still don't feel as full as I'd like after eating and I am waiting for the cravings for carbs to go away.... It is nice to have this board for answers I can't find in the book. One thing I noticed was that carrots are not on the "foods to enjoy" list for Phase 1, yet one of the P1 recipes calls for one chopped carrot? Whats up with that? I love carrots and miss them!
