I blew it - now what????

Ok - I was on day 8 of phase one and I had a huge binge on Krispy Kreme donuts and cheese pizza. I just need to know what to do next... Do I continue as if I am in week two or should I start over???

I would say, learn from it and move on.
I've found that the best way to frustrate yourself and fail on P1 is to tell yourself that you *have* to stay on it for those few extra days. I've been on the Beach since 10/1, have had lots of good intentions about going to back to Phase 1 after certain periods of time or certain days of indulgence, and would try it for a day or two before I got mad about it and went back into Phase 2. And I think it was because I was telling myself that I *should* go through the detox again rather than because I *wanted* to get some detoxing to help me avoid foods that I wanted to avoid.
This week, I went back to P1, and have been sticking with it...I told myself I would try it for five days instead of the full two weeks, just for a jumpstart, but I may extend it if I'm not feeling frustrated by the end of tomorrow.
So don't force yourself to stay on P1 because of one incident...remember, the weight loss doesn't stop at the end of Phase 1, you have all the time you need to catch up in Phase 2, so don't risk frustrating yourself to the point of quitting altogether by trying to hold onto the strictest phase!

So funny to see you here, (Em is my sister) and to see that you are asking my very question! Yes, I've totally blown it today, and right after I was so confident about battling the freezer devil the other night!
I guess I'll just git back on this horse and RIDE!
