I know that this probably sounds crazy, but can you lose too much on Ph. 1? First, let me give a little background. I started working out/dieting in mid-November and lost 30 pounds but then stalled. I started SBD Ph. 1 on Jan. 26th and as of this morning, I have lost 16 pounds. I am eating more that I was and have had no cravings. I'm not complaining, believe me, but do you think that this is due to the fact that I am also exercising and that the two combined are really working? I am almost afraid that if I move to Ph. 2 next Monday, I will jinx my good results. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal.

Thanks,

K

I got so excited that I forgot to ask you what kind of exercise you're doing? I think I need to join you! :-)

Thank you for all your good wishes. I started working out in mid-November. I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do circuit training for 30 minutes. It is a combination of strength and resistance training. I also started walking. I try to walk 4 miles a week and I use the "Walk Away the Pounds" tapes. We have tons of snow and no sidewalks in my neighborhood, so I don't walk outside. This is the first time that I have actually combined exercise with a eating plan.

Take care,

K
