Hi all! Its me again............I am staring Day 1 of Phase 1 tommorow!
I was wondering...
1..I am not real thrilled by the taste of plain water...is it ok to addd a squezz of of fresh lemon or lime?
2. Can i still use red wine vinegar?
3. Is it ok to subsitute low-fat cottage cheese or plain yogurt for the riccotiin the dessert recipes from the book for phase onew?
Also, i am not a big coffie person... but when i get up i always have a big glass of diet coke with lots of ice... do i have to give this up???

A squeeze of lemon or lime is fine in your water.
I have been adding lemon or lime to my water since I started, and it really makes me want my water. Some mornings I want my water before my diet coke.
If you can find the cold brew flavor teas they are awesome too. I have one called Summer Splash.
I too do not drink coffee. I have that cold diet coke to kick start my day. Somedays I do caffeine other days caffeine free.
