Morning

Have you tried using splenda in your coffee?

It tastes great amd a little goes a long way and should help with the skim milk

I use that myself since I can't cut the coffee habit!

I love powdered creamer --- that's just one sacrifice I couldn't make. I think the worst thing about powdered creamers is that it contains hydrogenated fat. (I've already thrown my container away and it's in my canister - so can't give you exact info).

The first thing I tried in my coffe, though, was Land O' Lakes fat free half and half. It's not bad! But, I've been drinking coffee for so long using CoffeMate that making the switch to Splenda instead of sugar was all the change I could take! Still, I prefer Equal in my coffee and splenda on everything else --- don't ask me why! I have it in my head it tastes better that way!
