So how bad did I screw up?

Ok so i think I already messed up, by accident and I'm only on day one.
So far today I had egg beaters with canadian bacon and a small amount of low fat mozzerella, with a v-8 for breakfast.
Then at lunch I had a "cabbage wrap" (they just started serving them today...guess they knew I started my diet LOL) w/ ham and swiss (not low fat) tomato and onion...carrot sticks dipped in red wine vinagrette (are they a no no?) and roasted string beans w/ red onion.
Are carrots on the do ot eat list? What about string beans?
Did I just mess up?
