Hi everyone! I've been looking around the message board and decided to join because it seems like a great place to both give and get help. Right now, I'm looking for help! I started the SBD on Thursday, so it's been five days. I was just wondering when the weight will start to come off. I think I've been doing a pretty good job sticking to the daily meals, and drinking a lot of water, but so far all I feel is bloated.

Also, does anyone have any breakfast tips for someone who doesn't have time to make breakfast every morning? This weekend I made the cheesy fritatta, and it was great, but I just don't have the time on a weekday.

Thanks!

what about making the quiche cups? he says they can be frozen. i made them last night and put them in the fridge. 30 seconds in the microwave. superfast breakfast and they stuck with me, i didn't think they would they seemed so small. but...so much about this diet has amazed me.

Thank you so much for your reply!

I have had constipation along with the bloating, so I am going to start with the metamucil today.

A more healthy lifestyle is definately my goal, but so many people have been raving about this diet that I expected (and hoped) to drop about 10 pounds in Phase 1, which would help to keep me motivated.

The breakfast tips you sent me were great. There are so many good choices, I know I'll be satisfied. I had cheese for breakfast this morning but I wasn't sure if I was "cheating" or not. Now I know:)

Thanks again!

I made the quiche cups my first day on the SBD, but when I was still eating them by day 3, it was too much. You're right though, they are great because they can be frozen and reheated so you never have to worry about not having anything in the fridge.

Thanks for your help:)
