made it to day three... still confused about a few things -- and i don't want to mess this up!
are all sugar free desserts ok (i know that SF jello is permitted, but what about SF hot chocolate, SF fudgescicles, other SF treats)? i don't like cheese, so the ricotta desserts don't work for me...
also, is tofu permitted during phase 1? what about nuts?
any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think so, but you are supposed to limit yourself to 75 calories per day.
i am excited to read the book... i'm looking to lose a little weight, but more importantly, i'm hoping to discover a new WOE -- just started a new (and busy) job this year, and found that my law school diet (coffee, sugar, and anything else to keep me awake) was making me sluggish and causing all sorts of other problems... can't wait to see and feel a difference!
