Day 10 and I messed up -- Now what?

I screwed up last night and ate pizza and ice cream after staying on-track for the first 10 days of Phase I. Now I'm not sure what to do. Do I start over from the beginning again? Or do I just finish up the last 4 days of Phase I and move onto Phase II? Has anyone else ever messed up before? Were there any bad consequences, or were you able to keep losing weight after getting back on-track? Thanks in advance for any help.

You just head back to the beach today and keep going.
