hi.

i desperately want to start this south beach diet but i really donot have much information about the diet as i dont have a book(i cant get1 from where i m living)and its almost impossible to get it throught inter net.if u any1 of u could tell me exactly what i should eat and wat i shouldnt then i will b thankful coz i dont want to start it blindly.any site would b helpful too

please answer these few questions of mine..

how much carbs are allowed on induction and which veggies(just an idea) are allowed.

i surely am motivated now!!

i tried atkins for two weeks but i really got bored

not that its a bad diet but i think it didnt suited me well.

it emphasises too much of fat i guess and then there is v limited amount of veggies

hey susan,

got a few questions here..

first of all (sorry if i sound stupid to ask this Q)the table that u have given is allowed in phase1 right??i mean EVERYTHING given in this table??

secondly how much should i eat in a day?

3 meals and 2 snacks right??

what abt the quantity?

plus how much yogurt and milk can i have in a day?

and which things should i count and which shouldnt?

You don't sound stupid, yes that is what you can eat in P1, all of it.
