I did very well up until day 10. Since then I have been backsliding little by little. One day my Mom brought up cookies, and I had 2. Then I have been hitting the Valentine's Day candy once or twice a day. It's not even Valentine's Day yet! I think I just got tired of preparing food, chopping up veggies, eating veggies etc. I still have been working out faithfully. So, should I stay on phase 1 a few extra days, REALLY sticking to it? Do I need to purge my system of all this sugar again? ( I could cross my fingers and hope it just boosts leptin production? ; ) Thanks, Sheryl
