ok i am getting a bit confued over here with the chart u have provided,,i just want to clear somethings out(remm dont hav a book!!)
first of all if i take 2 cups legumes in lunch then i m not suppose to have any vegetables or vice versa right?
secondly if i m taking low fat yogurt at lunch then can i have it in dinner too?and if i m using lowfat milk instead then i m not suppose to take int he yogurt right?
plus how much milk is allowed a day? like if i want to have yogurt in lunch and dinner too then how much amount is acceptable?
