Are sundried tomatos allowed? I hadn't realized that tomatos were limited in general but I don't know about sundrieds at all. Also, what about onions and olives? I thought I had read somewhere that you could have both of these. And is there a limit on Peanut Butter for the day (1 teaspoon?)

Now here is my dilemma this weekend. I work two jobs and this weekend had been crazy. On Friday I went directly from one to the other and I did not have a chance to eat dinner - I don't do this all of the time but will this blow my diet? Also today had been one of those crazy days with my schedule and I didn't really have a "real" lunch but more like two snacks (1/2 cup cottage cheese with some veggies around 12:30 and a small green salad with a tiny bit of tuna around 3:30). I will be eating a "normal" dinner. Will my "screwups" this weekend mean that I have to push out phase one longer than the two weeks (to make up for the days I did wrong)?

Finally, is top round (roast beef) one of the beefs that are acceptable in phase one?

Thanks!

No no no - ScaredPoopless was a name I created for myself when I signed up at ivillage as I was frequenting a different board (Fibroids and Endo) and I was upset about that issue.

SBD isn't giving me the heebie jeebies (LOL)

Thanks for the answers to my questions. Is there a site I can access that has this info as I see that there are quite a few things that are "allowed" that the book says aren't (I just bought it last week). In addition there are portion sizes that people are quoting that I don't have in the book. I am just looking for as much info as possible so I can do this as well as I can.

BTW, I am still having trouble accessing the boards from my home computer. I changed my security settings and allowed for cookies but it still won't let me access the boards. Do you know who I can contact for that?

Thanks.
