ok now here is something some one told me to try
take chick pea flour and make its dough with water and then even it with a hard thing and bake it for some time or cook it in the pan on both the side and u can have any sauce with it
does it sounds sane?
i mean i havnt tried it and never heard of t
but if i do so do u think it wont b good for the phase1??

This is a very common Southern Italian dish that I am very familiar with.
