hi there.

I would advise eating your snacks in the morning and afternoon. Don't forget about beans! Great things to eat and keep your fiber going and a great source of good carbs in the phases. Remember less is not always more dealing with SBD. Personally, after doing more research on my own, I stay away from the atkins wraps. I keep a box of morningstar farms veggie burgers in my freezer at work and two can of small unsalted lima beans in my office. Great for days when I am in a rush. I keep a can of mixed unsalted nuts in my drawer and sugar free jello in the fridge. Fortunately fo rme, I am the only person working out the activity center so my things usually stay put.

Make sure to drink your water. It works well. HTH.

Susan - I didn't have breakfasat yesterday because there was nothing in the house. I shopped last night so I will be sure to eat it everday. I bought V8 and just forgot to drink it. Thank goodness I love V8! Subway - I thought maybe since the bread was Atkins it would be ok. Thanks for the warning!

My salad today has chicken in it, I don't know if I mentioned that or not, but now that I think about it, I really don't think I brought enough food to keep full until I get home. When you think of diet you don't think "I need to eat more food", I need to get over that mindset.

I just printed out the guide, it outlines things for me alot more clearly. I need to finish all the food I bought for this week, and I will buy things to adjust my foods for next week pre this guide. I will definately get some beans, I love beans.

Ria - I will start to plan out my snacks better and make sure I eat them. Thanks. I'm drinking water and carbonated water throughout the day, but I don't make sure that I drink a certain amount or anything. I know I really should try to drink a lot. Do the Morning Stars taste like real meat to you, or are you not a meat eater at all? I'm scared of veggie burgers, tofu, cottage cheese, and the like. If I don't like what I'm eating I think I'd have a hard time sticking to anything. So I should have a mid morning snack and afternoon snack?

Thanks for the advice ladies.
