Day 2... have some questions

I just started SB, I'm only on day 2. This is difficult for me because, like so many of us, I'm a carb-addict. I'm not a big fan of meats or eggs, so I'm finding my options are limited. I have a few questions, please help me out if you can!
1. I bought these Atkins bars and shakes... they say they only have 2 net carbs, and they're pretty low in sat. fat. Are they okay? I'd rather have this kind of thing for breakfast b/c I can't seem to stomach an omlette or anything in the morning. I need something sweet/ I'm used to eating cereal or Luna bars. Also, I find this sort of thing convenient, b/c I don't have time to cook in the morning.
2. Beans are okay, right? (black)
3. I need caffeine. I seriously cannot live w/o morning coffee!!!! But, as I am trying to change, is caffeine free soda okay in moderation? I love diet cherry 7-up & Hansesn's all natural (flavored w/ splenda)- Don't worry, I drink plenty of water as well.
4. The book doesn't talk too much about exercise. I enjoy working out, but will I feel too weak in PH.1? If it's okay to exercise (1hr/day), will it speed up my weight loss considerably?
