Did anyone NOT lose during phase 1

Today is my one week mark on the diet. I am going to weigh myself tonight on the same scale I weighed myself on last week. Has anyone NOT lost during Phase 1? I am concerned because I know I don't feel "bloated" like I had been before I started but I know I haven't dropped pounds in the past week (I wish!). I am only looking to lose about 10 pounds (I'd settle for a happy five, though). Needless to say I am nervous about getting on the scale this evening. I know I wasn't perfect over the past week (I had to skip a couple of meals because I have two jobs and there just wasn't time to eat dinner on two nights). I also didn't know that we were only supposed to use Natural Peanut Butter so I have been using regular as my snack (about 1 tablespoon). I did find out, though, that Skippy is making low carb PB now and it isn't bad (very peanutty flavor presumably because it isn't masked by all of the sugar). Is this allowed?

Oh, BTW, if I don't lose on Phase 1 should I bother even moving into Phase 2?

About me: 5'2" / 120lbs - would like to be no more than 117 but would be really super duper thrilled with 110-115.

I'm wondering why you are weighing in at night (not the best time for an accurate reading.... could be lots of undigested food and water in your belly).

I weigh in at night because I have always weighed myself at the gym when I go after work. This way I get to use a "doctor's scale" as they are more accurate. I will definitely post a sample menu if I don't wind up losing. Thanks.

Skippy peanut butter contains hydrogenated oil.
