Hi,

I finished phase 1 today for a total weight loss of around 6 pounds.Is it good enough?.I need to lose around 30 pounds more and hence may extend phase 1 for another week or two.I started SBD on feb 4th but had started working out regularly since january 18th.My total weight loss since january 18th has been around 12 pounds.

You could try a Phase Two Lite for a couple of weeks by adding just one or two Phase Two items. I did Phase One for longer because I have a lot to lose, but sometimes an increase in foods will trigger more weight loss. The body can get used to a certain level. I found it hard to move to Phase Two because I was afraid cravings would return, but it's been okay. The 1/2 sweet potato I had last night at dinner was great!
