Obviously not mixed together but I have a question about what is allowed. Can I use balsamic vinegar or is there sugar in that. If so what vinegar can I have?

And am I allowed to have as much beans as I want (are they counted like vegetable?)

How about pickles (not the sweet bread and butter ones but the kosher or garlic ones)?

And I have a bit of a cold developing so I bought sugar free cough drops for my throat - can I use the regular ones or do they have to be sugar free?

Which fudgesicles are allowed (brands, please - thanks)?

How much peanut butter can I have, 1 tsp or 2 tblsp? And does it have to be "natural". I think the PB might have been "overused" during my first week...oops - and if it was do I have to "redo" the week (add another week pretty much)?

Thanks!

Balsamic vinegar is fine, it's even recommended in the book. As far as I know, any vinegar is fine. You don't have to count the beans, just eat 'till full and try to stick with the ones on the foods to enjoy list.

Pickles are fine, just check the label for sugar and buy the ones without.

I would suggest using both. You don't want to use too many sugar free ones, or they may upset your stomach, so I would switch back and forth.

Not sure, I don't eat them... sorry

<>

It does need to be natural, with no sugar or hydrogenated oils added. I don't know the amount, sorry, I think it's 2 Tbsp but I'm not 100% sure so you might want to search here... Don't add another week just because of the peanut butter. Just chalk it up as a lesson learned, and go on.

Good luck. You can do it, it just takes patience with yourself. You are doing fine :-)

Balsamic vinegar is great, balsamic vinagrette you buy in the bottle may not, look at the label.

Depending on the beans you have to be careful.
