I'm very discouraged. Today is day 10 of Phase I. I have LOST NOTHING!!! Not even an ounce. I have not cheated at all. Haven't lost inches either because my jeans are just as tight. I'm looking for opinions because I think it may be the cheese I'm eating. I LOVE CHEESE and it has really helped me. I have been eating the low fat sharp cheddar by Kraft. I eat it at least three times a day. Do you think that it's too much? (although the book doesn't have a limit on this).
I'm 5' tall weigh 165 and would like to lose 30 pounds. At this rate it will take me forever. Help!!!!!
A sample menu of mine is:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice of chopped up Canidian Bacon with a little cheese.
Snack: Little chunk of cheese with 15 Pecan halfs.
Lunch: Large green salad with green pepper, cherry tomato, cucumber, green olives, shredded low fat cheese and Hidden Valley lite ranch dressing.
Snack: Sugar Free Jello
Dinner: Chili made with ground sirloin, onion, red kidney beans and diced canned tomatos.
Dessert: Sugar Free Jello

I understand about the challenge.
I too, really understand how your feeling. Today is day 4 for me. I've tried sooooooooo many diet, and have a really hard time losing weight. I think I'm doing just fine, to find out I've lost ounces!!!!!! Just keep putting on little by little. In fact, when I started 4 days ago, I was afraid to weight in. After I read your reply, you gave me the courage. I just weighted in. I'm 5'1" and also weight 165 lbs. I'm afraid to really say what I want to get down to, for fear that I will fail again. Anyway, I feel pretty positive, as it hasn't been too hard so far. Hang in there, and I'll do the same. Your not alone! :-)
