Today is the big day for me, I am starting the SBD. The hardest part for me will be breakfast. I do not like eggs, so I have to make up my own breakfast. Today I am having 2 slices of turkey bacon, string cheese, and a sugar free Jello cup. I was also wondering for breakfast do you think I could eat a ricotta cream and not have it at night after dinner? Any other ideas for breakfast is appreciated.
My stats are as follows: I am 25, 5'10", W=165#. Full time and part time worker and college student. My goal is to reach a weight of 150#. I am not overweight or obese for my height according to my doctors, but I am tired of being plump. I am thin everywhere but I have a tire around my middle. That is why I choose the SBD because it takes the belly weight off first. I am confident I will do well on this. I was 150# a year ago, but fell in love and with a relationship it was all about eating out and eating at the wrong times. Once the relationship was over I was 20 pounds heavier. I have lost 5 so far, and am hoping to shed the extra 15 through SBD and exercise. I used to jog/walk 2 miles a day and eat a well balanced diet. I want to get back to my old self again. I want a healthier lifestyle. Since it's winter time here in Michigan I picked up some Leslie Sanstone walking videos and plan to do thoes with other exercises and once it's spring to head outside again. I love biking and walking so this should be fun!
Thanks for reading this. Thanks in advance for your support!
Good luck to everyone!
