I am on Phase 1 day 5 and very confused. Is there a list of how many proteins, veggies (raw/cooked) dairy (skim milk, LF cheese) that we are allowed to consume each day? When the list says: Protein: chicken (unlimited) does that mean we can eat roasted skinless, chicken breast all day long if we feel hungry? I really don't understand. Can someone break it down for me. Guess I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

No, we don't really count quantities or portions much.
