avocado tuna salad

I found this on the chicken of the sea website. I made it last night for dinner and it was pretty tasty. I used an large ice cream soup to measure a serving. I also served on a bed of spinach instead of lettuce because its more nutritious (and I didn't have any lettuce). Keep leftovers fresh by putting the avocado pit in the bowl with it (I read this is what you do with gaucomole). It doesn't list a serving size, or how many servings, but I think its about 2 or 3. Enjoy!
1 Avocado, halved
3 Tablespoons Imitation mayonnaise (I used real mayo)
1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
3 drops Bottles hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup Chopped tomato
2 Tablespoons Finely chopped onion
6 oz. Chicken of the Sea® Chunk Light Tuna - 50% Less Salt (I just used plain 'ol starkist)
8 Tomato slices
Lettuce leaves (i used spinach, but any sort of lettuce would probably work well)
Directions
1. In medium-size bowl mash half the avocado.
2. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and pepper sauce.
3. Blend thoroughly.
4. Chop remaining avocado half into small pieces.
5. Fold into mayonnaise mixture along with tomato, onion and tuna.
6. For each serving, arrange 2 tomato slices on lettuce leaves.
7. Top with salad.
