Today is D1/P1, and so far so good. Wasn't even tempted by the cho. chip cookies at lunch. My questions is ... i'm not a huge egg fan (ate it today for the first time in 15 years), what else can i have for breakfast besides eggs??? Help

Try no sugar added, low fat vanilla yogurt. Or go for plain and sweeten with splenda and cinnamon. You can add splenda and cinnamon to cottage cheese, or you can do one of the ricotta cremes. If you don't like the ricotta cremes, you can substitute cottage cheese in any of them. You can have plain cottage cheese, or you can mix it with cucumber and tomato. The general suggestion for easy veggies for breakfast is V8 (some of us here can't stand the stuff, and it's not required). You can do a salad, or you can even do leftovers from dinner.

I had the vanilla yogurt every morning except 2 during phase 1. I continued it into phase 2, but then I mixed in whole grain cereal. I can't stand eating breakfast, so that is my compromise. I don't eat veggies for breakfast, or for morning snack, which isn't the suggested method. I just eat more veggies at lunch and dinner to make up for it.

I eat cottage cheese for breakfast and add lean ham/bacon with some chopped up veggies. I like it.
