Can I have it? I'm trying so hard not to drink soda/pop of any kind, but im so tired of water and want something with taste. Tomorrow I will get some Crystal Light. TIA

I guess you can just read the label and ingredients and find out if there's anything in there you shouldn't have. Most likely it is ok. Crystal Light also advertises itself as having less than 1 gram of carbs per serving. My Crystal Light says 0 carbs on the label (but that can mean less than 1 gram). I also really, really like Lipton's Diet Decaffeinated Iced Tea mix. It has 1 gram of carbs per serving.

I like to drink a lot of soda, but I try to drink caffeine free. It really doesn't taste any different. But in order to get all my water, I buy generic brand sparkling water. My supermarket sells it for 99 cents for a 2-liter bottle, and it is often on sale. I drink SO much more water when I am drinking that for some reason. I think my mind thinks I'm drinking soda.

Good luck!

one "trick" that has worked for me w. the sf kool aid (it gives me more of a juice vibe than crystal lite) is to water it down with about 1/2 water / ice.

Hello,

I do all of my shopping at a Super Wal-Mart. I found these great drinks by Sam's Choice called "Clear American"; it's a sparkling flavored beverage/water. They come in many flavors, white grape (which taste like grape soda), strawberry, key lime (taste JUST like sprite), raspberry, cranberry, and many, many more. The ingredients consist of the following: Carbonated water, natural flavor, citric acid, aspartame, and potassium. Calories 0, total fat 0, sodium 0, total carbs 0, sugars 0, and protein 0. And they have no caffine. And take into mind that I am still consuming PLENTY of regular water daily as well.

Smile,

Laura

I love the Clear American too. My absolute fav flavor though is the peach. My next fav would have to be the black cherry. Yummmm. I love Crystal Light too though. The two best flavors IMHO are the strawberry/banana/orange and the strawberry/kiwi.
