I'm doing great. This is much easier than I thought. Though I have to admit that when I close my eyes at night I see things like fresh strawberries and toast. Weird!

Anyway, so far so good. I do need to add more veggies to breakfast. Mushrooms are about all I can take in the a.m. From lunch on, I adore veggies.

same here...try having a veggie pattie with melted cheese...add a couple veggie sausage patties...good fiber too!

Im on day six also...it is much easier than I thought..I cant eat eggs anymore for breakfast,they were making me sick,so I have been eating like 2 ham rolls,celery and a tomato..pretty good...I dont like very many veggies..I really only eat green beans,but I fix them with a can of diced tomatoes,and some onion..they are really good and so far Im not tired of them....hope you continue doing great!! I really feel great...
