My very first day on SBD!

Hello, everyone!

I'm new here and just started SBD today. I had my mom's special recipe-"delicious steamed

eggs" with a glass of skim milk with extra calcium added for breakfast/lunch(I slept in..)

LOL, then I had two string cheese and nuts for snacks throughout the day.

For supper, I stir-fried(without oil or butter) tuna, green peppers, diced onions, and

just a little touch of soy sauce. It looked kinda gross altogether:-( but when mixed with

salsa, it wasn't too bad after all!

I was very surprised that my craving for bread and sweets was completely gone!

1 down, 13 days to go!! -10Ibs!

Welcome-

Sounds like you're off to a great start. One thing that helps me is to write down everything I'm going to be eating that day. That way it lets me plan ahead and know that I have SBD food waiting for me.

Glad to see you here and hope you enjoy the experience. I have a lot more to lose than 10 pounds, so I am envious. But losing is losing, no matter how much; and most of us here will tell you that this is an easy diet compared to others that we've tried. Best of all, it includes so many health oriented foods, so that you are advancing your general health.
