My very first day on SBD!

Hello, everyone!
I'm new here and just started SBD today. I had my mom's special recipe-"delicious steamed
eggs" with a glass of skim milk with extra calcium added for breakfast/lunch(I slept in..)
LOL, then I had two string cheese and nuts for snacks throughout the day.
For supper, I stir-fried(without oil or butter) tuna, green peppers, diced onions, and
just a little touch of soy sauce. It looked kinda gross altogether:-( but when mixed with
salsa, it wasn't too bad after all!
I was very surprised that my craving for bread and sweets was completely gone!
1 down, 13 days to go!! -10Ibs!

Sounds like you're off to a great start. One thing that helps me is to write down everything I'm going to be eating that day. That way it lets me plan ahead and know that I have SBD food waiting for me.
