Hi-

Can anyone tell me if I can have sugar free jello (pre-packed jello cups)? What about sugar free/fat free instant jello pudding (powder in box)? I just don't think I can go 2 weeks with out something chocolate...lol! Thanks in advance

This is my first day on the plan and so far so good. I had some eggs this morning, a turkey roll for a snack, a mahi mahi salad from Baja Fresh (no dressing), string cheese for mid afternoon snack and some chicken and roasted veggies. Can I do this for 14 days? OH I HOPE SO! :D

Sugar-free jello is fine in phase 1 but you'll have to wait for phase 2 for the sugar-free chocolate pudding.

For a chocolate 'fix', you can have chocolate ricotta creme. Just mix some ricotta with vanilla extract, splenda, cocoa powder, and if you want add some chopped almonds. Alot of people don't like the ricotta desserts. I find that the more expensive, ricottas taste better and have a smoother consistency.

Yes, you can do this for 2 weeks! Just make sure that you vary your meals, and try different recipes. You'll be surprised by not only how quickly 2 weeks goes by, but by the results you will see!!

Good luck!
