Hi,

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm on to Phase 2! Phase 1 was a great experience though. I've learned so much about foods and most of all, my body. At first things were tough but I have never had more energy. A part of me is even reluctant to move on. But then, I'm also excited to be able to have an apple and maybe some whole wheat pita pizza tonight (I miss pizza!). For anyone starting Phase 1, stick with it. It's time consuming (cutting all those veggies) and expensive (constantly buying fresh veggies) but you start to understand why it's so much better to have fresh foods than to always buy things prepared.

I will say one disappointment, I only lost about 4 pounds! Though I have lost inches on my sides and my back so I can't complain too much. I think the actual pounds are going to be stubborn and I'm going to have to accept it'll be slow going.

Thanks to everyone for your patience in answering my questions about Phase 1. Now, I'll be asking questions about Phase 2 instead below :)

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm a slow looser too and will finish P1 in a few days. You must be so proud, P1 can be challenging at times, but YOU DID IT.

Best wishes in P2.

I've seen some posts say that with the different foods in Phase Two, it sometimes triggers more weight loss.

May the Whoosh Fairy visit you some night soon!
