yes..they're good, but a little expensive. it's not a good idea to eat too many b/c they may bother your stomach. i would have one once in awhile on phase 1, but i'm not sure if you're supposed to. if you want chocolate, you could also buy the no sugar added fudge pops

I find that sticking with the dark chocolate is great for me. I have justified to myself the cost of buying the absolute best dark chocolate I can find. It's not really more expensive than the sugar free stuff, and it tastes better so I'm happy once I have my little piece. My tummy also doesn't get upset if I eat regular dark chocolate. This time of year, it's easy enough to go buy a bag of Dove dark chocolate, either the eggs or the little squares are individually wrapped and make portion control easier (1 piece gets me through the day).

I sometimes treat myself to a small piece of chocolate from a candy-shop. The kinds that you buy by the piece or by the pound are great. It's easy enough to just buy one piece, then you have to go all the way back to the shop to get another piece, which is a deterrent for me. Just don't buy a pound of the stuff! ;-)
