D3 of P1 -- Can I do it??????

I started SBD on Tuesday. I did pretty well Tuesday and Wednesday, discounting the fact that I did not eat breakfast. However, today wasn't so good. After lunch I was still VERY hungry. Our snack machines have no acceptable snacks, and I didn't bring any from home. So, I fell off the wagon and had a package of salted peanuts. I got back on the wagon for dinner. I had a ground sirloin patty, sauteed (in ICBINB)shredded yellow squash, steamed broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. I have ricotta, vanilla and cinnamon chilling in the freezer. I'm hoping that will put me over the top and I won't be hungry for the rest of the night.
I have to go on a business trip next week. I'm really concerned that I will fall off the wagon again. I'm hoping the menus have good selections on them. I doubt I'll get any snacks unless I can find something that will pack and travel well.
I have had a headache off and on for a couple of days but I'm sure that's caffeine withdrawal. It's easing up every day. I've heard from a business associate that the shakes are very common in P1. I'm hoping those don't come, or if they do that they are brief.
Thanks for reading if you got this far. I'm doing this with a co-worker and we're both hoping that it works for us. I need to lose about 15 pounds to be happy with myself.
