Day 3 of P.1 & I am down an even 10 pds!

I have been lurking here for weeks now. I asked the questions I had after I read the book and then after meeting with my Dr. and Thyroid Dr. to get their approval on starting - I finally started this past Tuesday! It is tough not having fruits - but, I have learned to sub. crystal light or fat free jello when I get that craving. AND - I am getting these HORRIBLE HEADACHES! They never seem to go away! But, after seeing all this weight I am dropping-there is no way I am going to mess this diet up. I have not cheated at all!
Besides the headaches...I feel awesome. I have more energy. Just in 3 days. I am so happy to have finally started and I am looking forward to getting to my goal. I needed to lose 80 pounds. I put 60 on after Jan. of last year when I miscarried my daughter (I was 6 months pregnant). My only Daughter (we have 2 boys) and it really hit me hard...I kept gaining and gaining. Anyway, 80 seems like alot...but, now 70 seems a little better!
I can't wait to see the difference. I can already feel it - thats for sure!

On the headaches: Were you a caffeine drinker who quit? That sudden cold-turkey quitting can cause bad headaches.

I saw your post... I started the SBD on tuesday and already i have lost 9lbs, I almost didn't believe it when i got on the scale. I have about 80lbs to lose, any suggestions for varying up the meals on phase one, i plan to stay on it for the rest of the month....and by the way, great job, keep up the good work...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
