I just read on another post that cool whip was a no/no. I bought some fat free coolwhip last night and had some on my jello, oh no!!! I saw on the foods to enjoy list (use sparingly) Light Whipped topping. So which brand should I buy?

Hi Athena,

The recommended whipped topping that has 0 trans-fats and 0 partially-hydrogenated fats (the bad stuff) is the Redi-Whip Light

Thanks for your response. I guess it's back to the supermarket :-)

Oh I wish I had my little blue book with me. I swear it says something about frozen dairy topping. I think it says lite and no-fat versions are ok for 2 tablespoons.

I'll check it tonight and get back to you unless someone else has the little book, I forget the name of it. The other SBD book.
