Yogurt? Tacos?

I was reading someone else's post which said that in Phase 1 we are allowed to have yogurt. I thought dairy was very restricted in Phase 1?????

Also, are tacos ok to have (w.o./ the shells). I made taco salad last night and am just worried about the Taco seasoning that I used. It had 18g of carbs for 4 servings so 4.5g a serving. Is that too much?

I feel really bad but I slipped this morning and had a protein bar for breakfast! :(

I have lost 4.5lbs. this week though :)Yet, I find myself always slipping on the weekends. I will gain about 2lbs back over the weekends. I can't resist my bf and my tradition of sausage and pancakes on Sunday :D

Hi,

Taco salads (no shells or tortilla chips) are fine for SBD.

Mix and store tightly covered in a cool dry place.

Taco Seasoning Mix 2

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. onion powder

1 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients. Makes 3 tablespoon seasoning mix (equivalent to a 1 1/4 ounce package of commercial taco seasoning). If not using entire amount, store tightly covered, in a cool dry place.

Hi again!

It has a lot of flour in it (first item listed always means that's the primary ingredient, and it's verrrrry high in sodium.
