Week 2 - Gained 1 pound!! WHY?!

Week 2 - Gained 1 pound!! WHY?!

I started 11 days ago and in the first 7 days I went from 134 lbs to 127 lbs and did not exercise at all since I had nowhere near enough energy. Now, I have tried adding jogging back on to my schedule (2 miles is all I can handle) plus walking and I have gained 1 pound! I am at 128 now - does anyone have any idea why this may be happening? It is so frustrating!

Gabby weight flexuates alot during phase 1 since there is alot of water weight lost/gained and can also be attributed to the time of day you weighed, what you ate the last few days before weighing (meat takes 2 days to digest).
