Anyone want to journal what they're eating for everyone to see? I plan to eat Phase 1 this week, and will share what I eat with you too. You can post by meal/snack, or post your whole day.

Here's what I've had so far:
Susan :)
Breakfast:
Roast beef with a bit of blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup V-8
Cup of decaf tea
Snack:
Low carb yogurt with 1/2 cup All Bran on top
Lunch:
Roast beef with a bit of blue cheese dressing (I was late getting home and was
starving so I just did a repeat. Chicken will be baked this afternoon)
1/2 Sweet potato with a bit of butter (I know, butter not SBD but it was a treat!)
Had 4 cups of water so far today. Exercised 20 minutes on my mini-trampoline.

Lunch: Chicken breasts (I sauteed them in a little olive oil, seasoned them with McCormick's mexican seasoning, some cumin, some coriander, and let them simmer in salsa, topped with diced avocado) and broccoli.
Midafternoon snack, another deviled egg.
Dinner, haven't had it yet but I'm planning on turkey chili.

Sunday breakfast:
1 slice of Eggbeater quiche with coffee and metamucil (taken 15 min earlier). :)

2 hard boiled eggs
canadian bacon
mid morning:
cashews
lunch:
bowl of taco soup (recipe I got from on here-love it!)
sugar-free jello
mid-afternoon
2 tbs natural peanut butter
dinner:
lemon and dill baked cod
asparagus cooked in olive oil and spices
slices of cucumber
sugar-free jello
1% milk
and of course - my water throughout the day!

Breakfast: 2 deviled eggs and a half cup of hot & spicy V8.
Lunch: Crustless quiche and small salad.
3pm: McDonald's, grilled chicken cobb salad.
7pm: Turkey & beef chili.
Snacked on 2 squares of sugarfree jello, and it has left a horrible taste in my mouth all evening.
