I am so happy that I am still on the beach (I've never gone this long on a diet). I even went to a restaurant yesterday and made SBD friendly choices. So proud of myself. I haven't weighed myself, I'll wait another week. It's true though, don't really have cravings and the such. One question though. I am feeling hungrier today than last week. Is this normal?

Hi Athena, Congrats on sticking to the plan. I'm on day 6. So, I don't know if being hungrier now is normal. I have noticed I need my snacks! If I don't have them I do get hungry. Try keeping some nuts or string cheese on hand. I find these fill me up.
