I did my first weigh-in today, on Day 6.

I was very anxious to weigh myself today on the scale that I will be weighed on for our physical fitness test (I'm in the military). I haven't yet weighed myself; last week I was too icky-feeling to work out, so today I headed over to the gym and stepped on.
To my great surprised, I have lost SEVEN POUNDS!!!! In 6 days! And starting today, I'm going to be working out (I ran about a mile and did some nautilus work), so that should add to my weight loss as well as my general health.
I was very discouraged this weekend when we bought a scale and I weighed in at 190, just 2lbs less than my starting weight. Good thing I reminded myself to wait until I used the official scale to believe anything.
