Hi saw you msg. I have been on SBD since Jan 5th,lost 18lbs so far! Make chili all the time at home, but when I am out with DD I always try to get kids to go to wendys so I can get the chili and a side caesar salad and they can get the nuggets they will eat..I chkd there about the fat/fiber content and was very happy to know that it is SBD friendly.
Wendys does offer the nutrition info on there web site...I looked there also. So I have been making chili either homemade or "out" a part of my diet so I will not burn out being at home eating day in and day out//
The only thing I would want to watch on this is that a small chili has 5g sugar and a large has 7g. This may be from the tomatoes or something else natural, and it's certainly a better choice than most things on the menu, just thought I'd let you know!
The best chilis are the homemade ones, because you know exactly what's in it.

Hope this helps,
