Hi Everyone! First let me start off by saying I am on my 5th day of Phase 1 and have lost 4lbs so far. My question is are we able to eat Endulge Bars (Atkins) for a snack? The breakdown is:

Carmel Nut Chew:

Total Fat. 9G Sat. Fat 4g

Total Carb 17G Fiber 1g Sugars 1g Sugar Alcohol 15g

ingredients: sugar free chocolate coating, sugar-free peanut butter, cocoa butter, non fat milk, vanilla, sucalose (splenda brand sweetener) whey protein

also note at bottom (lol): for those sensitive to sugar alcohols and their laxative effects please limit to 1-2 servings

My other question is for those working out, how do you work out with no carbs. I've worked out 4 days this week and have been exhausted and asleep by 8pm each night, certainly not normal. Any tips?

It sounds pretty high in saturated fat to me. I wouldn't recommend using these bars. If anything, maybe use them as a once in a while (like once or twice a month) sweet treat once you get to phase 2. Also... How many calories are in one bar? Probably more than 75. Do you think you could limit yourself to eating just a third or half a bar and throwing away the rest? Doesn't sound like a very filling snack. It doesn't seem worth it to me - just my opinion.
