Hi Everyone! First let me start off by saying I am on my 5th day of Phase 1 and have lost 4lbs so far. My question is are we able to eat Endulge Bars (Atkins) for a snack? The breakdown is:
Carmel Nut Chew:
Total Fat. 9G Sat. Fat 4g
Total Carb 17G Fiber 1g Sugars 1g Sugar Alcohol 15g
ingredients: sugar free chocolate coating, sugar-free peanut butter, cocoa butter, non fat milk, vanilla, sucalose (splenda brand sweetener) whey protein
also note at bottom (lol): for those sensitive to sugar alcohols and their laxative effects please limit to 1-2 servings
My other question is for those working out, how do you work out with no carbs. I've worked out 4 days this week and have been exhausted and asleep by 8pm each night, certainly not normal. Any tips?
