hi all - went to the supermarket this morning and bought items from the new Carb Options line..i bought a peanut butter from skippy ..sweetened with splenda ..it has 3 net carbs and an Asian teriyaki marinade also splenda with 1 gram of carbs....i do love this diet (or I should say , new way of life) but is it expensive( my only complaint) if you want to eat and not get bored ..i am done with phase 1 and staying on it as along as i can maybe just for another 2 weeks...the only carbs I’ve eaten were on my 15th and 16th day, i had a piece of whole wheat toast...

Also someone on the board mentioned that shake and bake crumbs were ok , is that true?

Thanks - hope all is going well for everyone, CHRIS

The spaghetti sauce is nasty from carb options. It has NO FLAVOR and is almost bitter. JMO

the Emeril sauces are all or almost all SBD friendly...3 or 4 g per serving...and they are good...not even that expensive!
