first full day on SBD and some questions

Hi everyone,
I have been doing well on the diet so far. I started Sunday afternoon so yesterday was my first full day. I have to be at work by 8:30. I won't usually list all the foods I ate, but I need to do this, being it was my first day: I had a 1/4 cup eggbeater, veggies leftover from the night before and about 4oz of tomato juice. I forgot to bring any midmorning snacks. I was really hungry by 10:00, but I made it to lunchtime, 11:30 without raiding the vending machine. My coworker is on SBD also. We shared lunch: salmon with sliced almonds, steamed veggies and salad. After lunch I was fine for the rest of the afternoon. I did crave carbs around 4:00. I was shopping and bought myself some macadamia nuts. I guess I ate about a dozen of them. I know I am supposed to count them out but I was hungry! In case I get a carb attack I bought some sugar free fudgcicles. I ended up having two before dinner. I then had a short nap. I prepared some stirfry for dinner: Chicken breast slices, and turkey bacon sauteed with onions and garlic in olive oil and herbs and steamed broccoli and asparugus. For my husband and son I made some pasta which I did not have of course. My husband really like both meals so far, my son also. I was looking for a little something at around 8:00 and ended up having another fudgsicle followed at 9:00 by 1/4cup ricotta with splenda and vanilla. I weighed myself not expecting anything and I lost 4 pounds. I was surprised. I have some questions: Should I really try to get off caffiene altogether? I am experiencing a caffiene withdrawel headache because I have cut down from about 4 cups to one. Am I drinking enough water? I drink about 60/70 ounces over the course of a whole day. Am I eating too much food? I am 5'6" I started at 165. my goal is around 130. One more weird thing (kind of yucky): my urine has a very strong odor to it all of a sudden, but I think it is from the two dinners with asparagus. Anyone else experience that?
