Can't eat it all

Today is my second day on the SBD (keep wanting to call it Silent But Deadly, LOL!). Last night I had the biggest dinner -- huge salad, whole chicken breast, 1 cup soy milk and some carrots. I was stuffed to the gills. Since I have no sense of portion control, which area should I make smaller? Probably the salad, because it was about 2 portion sizes (but not smothered in dressing, thank goodness).
Also, are carrots allowed on South Beach?
Today I could not eat all my lunch, either.
Here's my menu for today so far:
BREAKFAST
2 eggs + 3 slices canadian bacon
1 12 oz can V8
1 cheese stick
SNACK
15 pistachio nuts
LUNCH
large salad with 1 med. can chicken breast
1 cup yogurt with 15 walnuts
1/2 cup gelatin
I feel like I am going to pop! What should I limit? Maybe have only one egg? Help!!
Christa
confused as always!

Hi Christa, here are my suggestions:
1.
Christa, I just realized when I looked at the "updates" again.....no carrots on Phase 1.
Once I had finished the huge salad and most of the chicken breast, it was all I could do to gag down about 1/2 cup of carrots. In the future I think I won't make any more food until I finish eating the salad, it REALLY fills me up! And it's just romaine lettuce, tomatoes and peppers with Good Seasonings dressing. Go figure!
