Bad lunch?!

I'm a little confused on the whole cheese issue (which is kinda funny, because I'm from Wisconsin!). I had a McDonalds grilled Caesar salad for lunch, no crutons, picked out the carrots, and the dressing had 2g sugar. BUT it had parmesan cheese on it. Is that ok or not? How do I know if cheese is reduced fat? If it's just made with less than whole milk (i.e. 2% )?
Also, can we have imitation crab? It's technically fish, right? I know it's high in carbs, but I don't know the sugar content.

The amount of parmesan on the salad shouldn't be a problem.
