Phase 1 and peanutbutter..

I just started Phase 1 today and seem quite content.. I read on one of the messages a huge list of foods we can eat on P1 and it seems so much larger than what's in the book and I see peanutbutter which I believe is in the book and I love natural peanut butter..Can I eat 2 tbsp of that everyday? or is there a limit to how much.. 1 serving seems to satisfy my sweet tooth and make me full for hours..

Thanks..

Jamie

I'm pretty sure the limit is 1 TEAspoon.

OH, well in this case, BRING IT ON!!! You've got the list. I thought I'd read on the list 1t, but I'm clearly - and very happily - wrong! I LOVE NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER. I will be happy to put more on my bread, since that's the only thing that makes it palatable to me. :)

2 tablespoons is right..but i think it's supposed to be counted along with the nut servings...so if you have 30 pistachios, you shouldn't have the peanut butter, all in one day

Ooh, maybe it does mean the sweetened pb. On the first list you posted, it clearly said "all natural", whereas this one doesn't. Let's hope!

I gave up snacking on almonds so I could have a teaspoon of pb. Heaven, HEAVEN if I can have even just 1 tablespoon!
