5 days in phase 1 and no weight loss ;(

In the first 2 days I lost 4 pounds and my bloat was gone. Now on day 4 my bloat is back and I gained back the 4 pounds +2 more! I have not veered from this diet except last night when I had 1 slice of salami with cheese, but thats it. I thought I was doing so well today until I just weighed myself. I am starting to get discouraged. If I eat two cups of lettuce at once is that two many carbs? Last night I had about 2ounces lean steak and two cups of boiled cabbage. Dessert, 1/2cup ricotta with splenda and little vanilla extract. Please tell me if I am doing something wrong or if this is normal. Thanks.

Looking at your meal last night, I see you had red meat. Red meat takes longer for your body to digest so of coarse you will see the scale go up a bit.
You can never eat too much lettuce, also try eating other veggies. In fact, eat more veggies you should be eating veggies with every meal. The SBD cauliflower "potatoes" is one of my faves.
Have you been exercising? Sometimes that's a way to kick the weight in the butt. Also Drink lots and lots of water.
Hang in there, and keep doing what you're doing and you'll see the weight come off in no time!
