I used to always use Kelloggs cracker crumbs for breading on certain dishes and recently read the label and there is only 7 g of carbs. Would this be considered acceptable? I just gotta have something with crunch!!!!

I am no expert here, but I would guess that they are not legal. In the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide it lists corn flakes as something to avoid. Maybe it is in the processing?

Anyway, I have also been thinking about this. This would be friendly for P2.

Hi there, it's not about the grams of carbs on South Beach. It's about avoiding "bad" fats, "bad" carbs/starches, and sugars.
