Can you please look at what I had to..

eat for the day and let me know if its ok... I'm new and nervous..
For Breakfast I had 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and 2 tbsp's of monterey jack cheese and a cup of skim milk..(am i better off having 1%?) for snack I had some red pepper hummus on cucumbers and a part skim mozzerella stick, for lunch I had a salad with garbanzo beans, 2 slices of 99% fat free smoked ham and 2 tbsp's of monterey jack cheese with light red wine vinagarette.. it has 2 grams of sugar per 2 tbsp's (is that ok?).. I didn't have another snack because I wasn't home so for dinner I had some steak (non fatty) cauliflower mashed up like potatoes with some icbinb spray on it, some cucumbers and about 2 spoons of 1% cottage cheese and for dessert I had the chocolate ricotta dessert.. would it be bad to have 2 tbsp's of natural pb later on if I get the munchies or is that to much? Are nuts recommended for everyday consumption? cause it sure would be nice.. I just love peanutbutter :)

Thanks a bunch for taking a look.. I just feel like I'm cheating because there are so many good foods to eat on this woe...
I have failed at many diets in the past 2 yrs and I don't want to fail at this one!!

I think you are doing great!
You had a 'textbook' SBD day! I couldn't have made it thru this WOE without hummus.
Your skim milk is just fine, and so is the vinagrette.
Yes, absolutely you can have nuts or peanut butter every day - just take a look at the limits and make sure you don't overdo it.
Can you add some v-8 to your breakfast, just to get some more veggies in?
Keep up the good work! You said, "I just feel like I'm cheating because there are so many good foods to eat on this woe" and that is just what makes this a diet that works!!!
