I had 2 tbsp's of natural pb and a cup of milk for breakfast.. a part skim milk mozz cheese stick for snack and I just had three romaine lettuce leafs with 2 pieces of 99% fat free ham in each rolled up and dunked in low fat redwine vinagrette(i probably used a tsp of the dressing if that, its 2 grams of sugar per serving of 2 tbsp's) and a 1/2 a cup of white beans(cannellini beans) with low fat monterey jack cheese melted on them with a bit of salt and pepper.. Am I doing ok?

Hi Jamie!

I assume that this list was your breakfast, am snack, lunch, and pm snack. It sounds good. The only comment I would make is maybe to eat a little more for breakfast and get some veggies in there. Also, are you drinking water too?

Yes I stated that it was my breakfast and snack and then forgot to say that the ham roll-ups and the beans with cheese was my lunch.. I had spinach bread made with spinach, 1 egg, garlic and onion in a waffle maker along with a half a breast of chicken, milk and some roasted aparagus for dinner.. and choco ricotta for dessert..Yes I do drink lots of water..But I'm having a hard time with all the vegtables because I only like so many of them.. some of them i just can't eat.. I usually have cucumbers with or without hummus..spinach, grape tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers..oh and lettuce..tomato juice too but I bought the wrong kind and havent been to the store yet to switch it..I just can't wait til I can have some berries.. I'm having a hard time now without sweets.. it wasn't hard the first 3 days but all of the sudden today it's been extremely rough.. I think it's due to my TOM coming in 3 days..UGH.. I NEED CHOCOLATE CANDYBARS!!!!! lol

WOW! This sounds like an awesome dinner!

You are definately on the right track, and it sounds like you are eating plenty of veggies!!

You CAN avoid the chocolate - I know its hard when TOM approaches....just keep having the ricotta creme. Also, do a search for 'Meringue' - there is a recipe somewhere here for chocolate meringue cookies that are suitable for P1. These may satisfy the need for chocolate!
